Cupping Therapy
Ancient suction therapy for muscle tension, circulation, and detoxification

What Is Cupping?
Cupping therapy uses specialized cups — glass, silicone, or bamboo — placed on the skin to create suction. This gentle vacuum draws blood to the surface, releases fascial restrictions, and promotes deep tissue circulation. Popular among Olympic athletes and backed by modern research, cupping has been practiced in China for over 2,000 years.

Types of Cupping We Offer
• Stationary Cupping — cups placed on tight muscles and held for 10–15 minutes • Sliding (Moving) Cupping — cups glide over oiled skin for myofascial release • Flash Cupping — quick application and release to stimulate circulation • Fire Cupping — traditional method using brief flame to create suction in glass cups • Wet Cupping (Hijama) — combined with micro-bleeding for deeper detoxification (when clinically appropriate) After cupping, circular marks may appear on the skin. These are not bruises — they're a sign of stagnation being released, and fade within 3–7 days.
